Appeals Policy

Any person depicted in content, or any other person directly affected by a content-moderation decision, may appeal a decision to remove, retain, restrict or otherwise moderate that content.

To submit an appeal, email support@discplay.me. Please identify the content or decision, explain the basis of the appeal and include any information that may help us review it. We will review the appeal fairly and notify the appellant of the outcome.

If the appellant disagrees with the outcome of the appeal, the disagreement may be submitted to an independent, neutral body for resolution. The disagreement will be resolved at the expense of DDSD Entertainment Ltd.

This process does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
